"I tried Chameleon on an N-scale Kato SD40-2 Santa Fe and the results were terrific! The Kato yellow/blue paint combination is very difficult to strip. I stripped a similar shell in pinesol and it took 3 days...and hours of scrubbing to get the paint off!
I used the Chameleon like this. 1 hour soak, 5 minutes scrub, and repeated twice!
Most importantly, there was no damage to the Kato plastic like there is with other commercial strippers!

"As the President and C.E.O. of the Dry Hill Terminal Railway, I have used this product on a Walthers SW-1 that was painted black, white and gold in Southern paint scheme. The switcher is now down to the raw plastic, looking like an undecorated model from the factory. It took about 45 minutes to strip it. This is an excellent product and will be buying more of it!"

"This is the best stuff I've ever seen! I bought a bottle at my hobby shop several years ago and opened it for the first time last year. It worked perfectly. At that time, I stripped 10 HO scale model railroad boxcars I poured the solution back into the bottle. Last Monday evening, I openrd up the bottle again and stripped 12 more railcars. It worked perfectly again, just as if it were brand new!
I have 400 to 500 railcars and locomotivesI need to strip and repaint, ( I bought out a consignment collection...). My son is also a model railroader and he has 100 +/- railcars and locomotives he needs to strip. We are looking to set up an assembly line to get this task completed.
My question is this: can I purchase Chameleon Paint Stripper in larger containers than the 16 oz. bottles? I'd like to buy four gallons for my assembly line and if I have to buy them in the 16oz. size, that's 32 bottles! I'll do that if I have to because I believe in the product that much!
